traizr is a fully mobile and cloud based solution for your delivery tracking software needs. Simply upload a list of your possible recipients to the admin back-end system and they will become searchable in the mobile application.
When a mail item arrives, scan it in with the mobile application, choose the recipient and choose if the item is to be delivered or is ready for collection.
Once the mail is entered in to traizr, the intended recipient will be notified either by email or via the traizr recipient mobile application.
You can view delivery statistics and audit information in the easy to use back-end admin interface. All user settings and information can be changed as necessary and delivery reminder email text can be tailored to suit your organisation.
Users/recipients can be added to the system via CSV, XLSX, XLS, XML & JSON files. We have even added simple downloadable examples for you to use.
We also have several integration options to populate your recipient lists automatically which make traizr the delivery tracking software of choice for many large businesses and universities.
It is possible to integrate an optional label printer into your work flow to ensure that packages are labeled with a secure QR code in order to scan them out to the final recipient.
The label will contain the recipient name, the tracking QR code and the amount of items to be delivered.
When an item is set for delivery or collection, first you can scan the QR on the package to recall the recipient and the amount of items.
